Kevin Anderson, former top ten player is making some moves, twenty-five to be exact, back up the rankings. The South African is taking the opportunity to repair the damage to his ranking. Injury has plagued him during his career and his most recent, knee injury/surgery, had him falling out of the top 100.
Mover of the Week Honors
Mover of the week honors go to Anderson for showing his love of the game and continuing to play despite the battle he has had with injuries. We hope he is fully recovered and look forward to seeing what fruit his 2021 season will bear.
Kevin Anderson Still Has Desire
The climb back up the rankings is never easy, and it gets harder the older you get. At thirty-four years old, the clock is ticking for the South African; however, he is enjoying the game and is still producing quality tennis. He will probably use this time to see what needs to be worked on and hopefully he will come back swinging in the 2021 season.

ATP & WTA Top 10 Ranking Changes
ATP: the top four remained the same and maintained their previous positions. Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas traded places to #5 and #6 respectively. All remaining top ten players maintained their exact positions from last week, with Novak Djokovic firmly cemented in the #1 spot.
WTA: there will be no changes in rankings in the top ten for the reminder of the season (due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic preventing many players from travelling to compete); thus, Ashleigh Barty has locked in the #1 ranking for the 2020 seasons.
