[CR26] Venus Williams (USA) is definitely adamant about her quest for a second title in 2014; despite doing it the hard way with four matches going the distance, she is in her third final of the year. To get to the final though she had to defeat the number 1 ranked player, who just happens to be her sister and best friend, Serena.  How do we say psychological stress?

Yet Venus proved that despite the demanding matches she has played in this tournament, she was not going to be deterred from her goal, another win and hopefully another title. The question remains though, does she have one more in her?Let’s hope she does, it is great to see remnants of the once dominant Venus.
